Returns

At OpCam, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to read and understand our returns policy to facilitate a smooth return process.

Return Conditions

  • Time Frame: Items can be returned for a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Returned items must be in new, unused condition, complete with all original and undamaged manufacturer packaging and documentation.

  • Documentation: Ensure all packing materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories are included.

 
Reporting Issues

  • Missing Items or Damage: Any claims for missing items or transit damage must be reported to OpCam within 24 hours of delivery. Claims beyond this period cannot be addressed due to carrier policies.

 
Refunds and Exchanges

  • You may opt to exchange the item(s) or receive a refund for the full original purchase price.

  • Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the purchase. If payment was made by credit card, please allow 7-10 days for the credit to appear on your statement, due to processing times with credit card companies.

 
What Can Be Returned

  • Eligibility: All returned items must be unused and in new condition, in their original packaging, and include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

  • Defective Items: Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or a manufacturer’s equivalent model.


Batteries

  • Faulty batteries cannot be returned. Exchanges or refunds can be arranged, but faulty batteries should never be shipped per UN3481 regulations.

 
Non-Returnable Items

  • Consumable items (e.g., batteries, storage cards, adhesive tapes, blank media) once unwrapped, custom-built or modified equipment, special order items, and OpCam vouchers (cannot be redeemed for cash).

 
Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Please contact us with your return request.

  2. RMA Number: If a return is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the return address.

  3. Shipping: Return the equipment within seven days and notify us of the parcel tracking number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Include Details: Include the RMA number and full details with the parcel.

  5. Tracking Information: Send us the parcel tracking details.

  6. Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt, we will inspect the equipment and issue a report, refund, or decision.

 
Important Notes

  • Re-stocking Fee: If the return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return of items or to charge a re-stocking fee of 25%.

  • Liability: OpCam is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any goods purchased from us. Our liability is limited to the monetary value of the goods only.
